Cane Palm is located at the north end of Estero Island,
directly on a seven mile beach of soft, powdery, white sand.
Each unit's screened balcony has a wonderful view of the Gulf.
You can enjoy meals on your balcony and watch beautiful sunsets,
not to mention the activity on the beach, on the water, and in the air.

The location, view, and rates are among the best for being right on the beach.

It's an easy ten minute walk to'Times Square'
with it's shops, sidewalk cafes, waterfront dining,
Lynn Halll Park Beach and Fishing Pier, etc.

It's a fifteen minute walk to Bowditch Park,
which encompasses the entire north end of the island.
This park features seventeen acres of native vegetation,
wildlife habitat, hiking trails, hills with scenic lookouts,
and a large, less populated section of the beach
that wraps around the end of the island.


Amenities at Cane Palm Beach Condominiums include:
on-site management; internet access; a large pool area;

a large [~250 sq. ft.] living/dining area, and screened balcony [~96 sq. ft.].
Each unit's living area and master bedroom have a view of the Gulf of Mexico.
The wall of the living room facing the gulf has ceiling to floor sliding glass doors,
opening to a screened balcony, where there are chairs and a table for dining.

The kitchen window, entry door, and outside walkways face inland,
and there's a view of the bay and the Intercoastal Waterway,
which is most dramatic from the 4th, 5th, 6th & 7th floors.


The FMB Trolley stops nearby.
It runs the full length of the island,
from Bowditch Park to Lover's Key.
Service runs inland to Summerlin Road.


For what Cane Palm offers, especially the great location and view,
