Note:
In 2010 we hope to keep admissions the same as '09.
However, adult park admission has been $6 since 2001,
and park costs have increased over those nine years.
This may be the last year we could offer those rates.
The 2010 rates will be posted here before May 1.

UPON ARRIVAL...

The person in charge of the group
should first come to the park office.
[at back of the big white building]
in order to check-in to the park,
to pay the required fees, etc.


THERE MUST BE AT LEAST
ONE RESPONSIBLE ADULT SUPERVISOR
PER EVERY 6 CHILDREN OR YOUTH UNDER AGE 18


ALL SUPERVISORS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN A WAIVER OF LIABILITY...

...wherein, they accept responsibility for both their own safety,
and for the safety and behavior of the children they are here with,
and relieving Panama Rocks Scenic Park and all staff members
of any and all liability for accidents and injuries.


Running can be dangerous!
There are no railings anywhere!
There are many cliffs and deep crevices.
Some of these are nearby to the hiking trail.
There is not much level ground in the rock area.
There are many tree roots both on and off the trail.


SUPERVISORS SHOULD BE ACTIVELY SUPERVISING

1. FOR SAFETY REASONS:
to monitor and control the behavior of the children
so that they are alert, and watch where they step,
and so that they do not do dangerous things!

PLEASE
DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN OR YOUTH
IN THE SCENIC ROCK AREA WITHOUT
ADEQUATE, RESPONSIBLE SUPERVISION

2. TO PROTECT ALL OF THE NATURE HERE:
so that children do not
pick flowers or plants,
break tree branches,
throw rocks, etc.

3. TO HELP PREVENT LITTERING:
to help keep this site clean and natural.
