WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLY EARLY!:
- Wild America Nature Festival on July 18 & 19, 2026; and
- Panama Rocks Foliage Festival on October 3 & 4, 2026.

WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLY EARLY!:
- Applicants will be approved or wait-listed on a rolling basis (waiting means we might not have space for you); and
- Vendor Fees will increase closer to the events (because late applications make planning the event harder for us).
FIVE STEP VENDOR APPLICATION PROCESS
STEP ONE
PLEASE read the relevant Festival Prospectus/Agreement BEFORE applying. If you have questions, please ask. By submitting an application to be a vendor you are agreeing to the prospectus agreement.

STEP TWO
After you read the prospectus/agreement, FILL OUT THE ONLINE APPLICATION!
There is now ONE APPLICATION FOR BOTH FESTIVALS (you can apply to one or both events using the same online form)!
If you're uncertain about applying for both festivals, you can apply for one event now and the other event later; however, please note that there are different standards, requirements, and deadlines for each event.

IF you are a new vendor or want to share new images, EMAIL IMAGES OF THE ITEMS YOU WISH TO VEND TO [email protected]. Please include your name, your business name, and "2026 Festival Application Images" in the email subject. If you are a returning vendor you do not have to do this, but we will gladly accept new images to help us promote the event (and you)!

WILD AMERICA NATURE FESTIVAL VENDOR FEES
- Fees Paid Before March 31 = $155 for Art Show & Farmer's Market / $260 for Food Vendors
- Fees Paid Between April 1 & June 15 = $175 for Art Show & Farmer's Market / $280 for Food Vendors
- Fees Paid After June 15 = $200 for Art Show & Farmer's Market / $300 for Food Vendors
- Fees Paid Before March 31 = $155 for Art Show & Farmer's Market / $260 for Food Vendors
- Fees Paid Between April 1 and August 31 = $175 for Art Show & Farmer's Market / $280 for Food Vendors
- Fees Paid After August 31 = $200 for Art Show & Farmer's Market / $300 for Food Vendors
TO PAY BY CHECK - Write a check to "Panama Rocks" with "Wild America Festival" and/or "Foliage Festival" in the notes section and mail it to Panama Rocks at PO Box 219 in Panama, NY 14767.
NOTE: We understand the economy isn't great and many artists are struggling. If you need an extension for your vendor fee, please let us know via email. We are willing to grant a limited number of fee extensions as long as we are confident you will both show up to the event and pay your fee before the start of the event. Please understand we can only do this for a small number of vendors.

We will NOT contact you via Facebook or by using unofficial email accounts (this is what scammers do). We will never ask for money via Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, or Facebook!
