festival vendor information
This page contains information for vending at BOTH the:
SAVE $25 - EARLY BIRD APPLICATION DISCOUNT!!! There is a $25 discount per event for vendors who pay online or postmark their application by February 28th.
The informal application deadline for both events is March 31st. After that applications will be accepted on a rolling basis IF space is available.
Applying early increases your chances of being accepted. We limit both the overall number of vendors at each festival and each category of vendors. The Wild America Nature Festival is more restrictive than the Foliage Festival.

WILD AMERICA FESTIVAL VENDOR APPLICATION
WILD AMERICA NATURE FESTIVAL (JULY 19 & 20, 2025): We are currently accepting vendors for the Nature Art & Craft Show, Farmers Market, and as Food Vendors.
There are FIVE STEPS to apply to be a vendor:
- FIRST - Prospective vendors must read the Festival Prospectus/Agreement BEFORE applying.

- SECOND - After you read the Wild America Festival prospectus/agreement, CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE VIA OUR GOOGLE FORM.
- THIRD - IF you are a new vendor or want to share new images, EMAIL IMAGES OF THE ITEMS YOU WISH TO VEND TO [email protected]. Please include your name, your business name, and "Wild America Festival Application" in the email. If you are a returning vendor you do not have to do this, but we will gladly accept new images to help us promote the event (and you)!
- FOURTH - Pay the show fee - your application is not complete until you pay the show fee. BEWARE SCAMMERS TARGETING FESTIVAL VENDORS! WE WILL NEVER ASK FOR PAYMENT VIA VENMO, PAYPAL, OR SOCIAL MEDIA MESSAGES. IF IN DOUBT, CONTACT US!
- PAY BY CHECK - Write a check to "Panama Rocks" with "Wild America Festival" in the notes section and mail it to Panama Rocks at PO Box 219 in Panama, NY 14767.
- Art & Craft and Farmer's Market Vendors ($150): $125 if paid by February 28.
- Food Vendors ($250): $225 if paid by February 28.

- Food Vendors ($260): $235 if paid by February 28.
- FIFTH - We will respond to applicants who apply by the end of March in the month of April via email (from a PanamaRocks.com domain). If we accept applications after that, acceptance will be on a rolling basis until each festival is full. If you are not accepted, your vendor fee will be refunded in full.
