MEMBERSHIP FAQS

CAN I PURCHASE MEMBERSHIPS FOR OTHER PEOPLE?: Yes! You can purchase Memberships for yourself, your family, and your friends! 
  • IF YOU ARE PURCHASING DIFFERENT TYPES OF MEMBERSHIPS: If you are purchasing different types of memberships (like one adult and one youth Season Pass), you will need to make one order per type of membership (we apologize for any inconvenience, the membership service we should should allow you to purchase multiple membership types at once in the future).
  • IF YOU WANT TO MANAGE MEMBERSHIPS FOR OTHER PEOPLE: Make sure that you USE YOUR OWN EMAIL ADDRESS when you create memberships for other people if you want to manage their membership and renewals. Please be aware that if you use another person's email address and pay with your credit card, then your credit card will be billed for renewal and their email will receive the email notice before the renewal.
  • IF YOU WANT TO TRANSFER MEMBERSHIPS FOR OTHER PEOPLE ON YOUR ACCOUNT: You can purchase memberships for others using the steps listed above. Then just email [email protected] and let us know which members you want to be removed from your account. Please provide names and new email address we should use for their account (we can create new accounts for them using their email address and remove your credit card from their membership).

How does membership renewal work?:
  • Automatic Renewal: Our memberships are set to automatically renew after they expire but you can cancel at any time. You will receive an email notice seven (7) before you are charged for renewal and you can cancel then if you wish. You can contact us within 30 days of your automatic renewal for a full refund if you wish to cancel your membership.
  • Manual Renewal: If we are unable to process your credit card you may choose to manually renew.

If I purchase memberships for other people who pays for their renewal? That is up to you! You will be charged for the renewal of all memberships on your account when they renew upon expiration BUT you can cancel any membership that you do not wish to renew at any time. We are happy to help if you have any questions or need assistance.

MEMBER BENEFIT DETAILS

  • PANAMA ROCKS SEASON PASSES are valid for admission to Panama Rocks during normal operating hours in the year noted on the pass. They are non-transferable (only one person can use each Season Pass) and not valid for separately priced events and activities.
  • PANAMA ROCKS DAY PASSES are valid for one-time admission to Panama Rocks during normal operating hours through expiration.
  • PANAMA ROCKS T-SHIRT COUPONS must be used by or in the presence of the qualifying Member BUT the shirt my be purchased for anyone.
  • 10% DISCOUNT ON PANAMA ROCKS MERCHANDISE AT THE PARK STORE - this includes items sold at the park store with the Panama Rocks logo but EXCLUDES any items made by local artists and sold on consignment.
  • DISCOUNTS ON GLAMPING, CAMPING, AND REC HALL RENTAL are available on a first-come first served basis based on availability (rental times not guaranteed). The qualifying Member MUST be one of the guests participating and present on the reservation for the discount to apply. To secure your discount please email [email protected].
  • PRIVATE GUIDED TOUR OF PANAMA ROCKS - This tour can be secured by emailing [email protected] and is based on availability. Not every day and time will be available - please schedule in advance so that we can do our best to accommodate you!
