CELEBRATE AT PANAMA ROCKS! Whether you want to visit the rocks, use our picnic area, have an axe-throwing party, rent our recreation hall, or use our park stage and green, we can host birthdays, reunions, bridal/bachelor parties, schools, scouts, tour groups, church groups, and more!
EXPLORE & PICNIC: Panama Rocks offers discounted group rates for groups and parties with 12 or more people: $5 per person for groups of 20+ or $7 per person for group of 12-19 people. This includes complimentary use of our outdoor picnic area on a first-come, first-served basis. IF YOU HAVE A GROUP THAT NEEDS TO ARRIVE BEFORE 10:00am - just let us know and we will try to accommodate you!
- Group reservations can now be made online! MAKE YOUR GROUP RESERVATION AT LEAST ONE DAY IN ADVANCE TO SECURE OUR GROUP RATES (but we appreciate as much notice as you can provide!).
- Reservation of our recreation hall or park stage should be made at least one week advance (details below).
- FOR GROUPS WITH CHILDREN: We STRONGLY RECOMMEND that groups with children/youth have at least one responsible supervisor for every eight children. All supervisors and legal adults over the age of 18 will be required to sign a waiver of liability before entering the park, which states that they take responsibility for themselves and for any youth or adult dependents they bring into the park.

DO YOU WANT FOOD DELIVERED? Andriaccio's Restaurant delivers to Panama Rocks! You can order sheet pizza, salads, drinks, and more! Guests are welcome to bring their favorite food from other locations as well. If your event is to be catered, we require the caterer to be licensed and insured.
RENT OUR RECREATION HALL: For $150 you can reserve use of our indoor recreational hall (this includes admission to the park and scenic area for up to 20 people) for three hours (between 10:00am and 5:00pm). You can add additional guests (up to 60 total) for an additional $5 per person. This option includes rental of fun games including: Ladder Ball; Kan Jam; and Corn Hole.
RENT THE PARK STAGE: Perfect for wedding ceremonies! We have two options to accommodate your needs:
- Evening rental of our recreation hall is available for $300 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm. This option does not include park admission as the park scenic area closes at 5:00pm.

- DAYTIME (10:00AM to 5:00PM) with Park Entry for 20 Guests: Rent the park stage and green for $200 or add it on to rental of the park recreation hall for $100. This includes guest and invitee use of the park stage and green as well as entrance to the Panama Rocks scenic area for up to 20 guests. You can add park scenic area admission for additional guests for $5 per person (there is not an additional fee for invitees to witness a ceremony on the park stage).
- EVENING (5:00PM to 9:00PM) as Add-On to Recreation Hall Rental: Rental of the Park Stage and Green is available as an add-on to rental of the Recreation Hall for an additional $100 (total $400 for the package). This does not include entry to the Panama Rocks scenic area (the scenic area closes at 5:00pm).
All guests renting Panama Rocks facilities MUST agree to our Facility Use Agreement upon making a deposit:
Panama Rocks Facility Use Agreement:
The reception facilities and park grounds shall be used in a careful, safe, and thoughtful manner. Neither the Guest nor any invitee shall smoke inside the buildings, engage in or permit any illegal activity to be conducted on premises, including illegal or excessive use of alcohol or drugs. All parking shall be in designated areas. The Guest and invitees shall not enter the scenic area of Panama Rocks unless the Guest or invitee has paid admission and signed the Panama Rocks waiver of liability; the Guest shall explicitly notify all invitees that the Panama Rocks scenic area closes at 5:00PM. Guests or invitees that trespass in the scenic area will be asked to leave the property. The Guest shall ensure that all persons use the facilities at all times in a reasonable and considerate manner consistent with the use of the property by other guests and courteous behavior toward other guests. No open flames are allowed in the recreation hall and smoking is not permitted indoors.
Noise: The Guest will ensure that the noise levels always remain reasonable, as a courtesy to other possible guests and neighbors.
Alcohol: Alcohol is not allowed at Panama Rocks while the scenic rock area is open (10:00am to 5:00pm). Panama Rocks does not have an alcoholic beverage license, does not sell or distribute any alcoholic beverages, and does not allow any Guest or invitee to enter the scenic area of Panama Rocks under the influence of alcohol. The Guest may use alcohol in the reception facilities ONLY with proper permitting from New York State AND additional notice and approval from Panama Rocks. It is the sole responsibility of the Guest to ensure full and complete with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations relating to alcohol consumption. Panama Rocks reserves the right to immediately terminate this facility use agreement in the event that any alcohol is served to or consumed by anyone under the age of 21 years old, by anyone who is drunk or intoxicated, or anyone who is belligerent or obnoxious.
Decoration: Decoration of park grounds and facilities before events are permitted by Guest request and approval by Panama Rocks. All decorations must be temporary in nature and park facilities and grounds must be returned to their original condition after the event.
Cleaning: The Guest shall be responsible for leaving the reception facilities in a broom clean condition and the park grounds in the condition that they were found in. The Guest shall promptly remove and properly dispose of all trash and garbage related to any activities in the reception facilities including any cigarette butts, bottle tops and tabs, decorations, food wastes and left-overs, and all other garbage and debris on the day of their reservation. The Guest shall be responsible for cleaning expenses at $50.00 per hour, plus the reasonable costs of garbage collection and disposal, in the event the facilities are not promptly cleaned at the end of the event, as reasonably determined by Panama Rocks.
Damages: The Guest shall use the premises in a careful and thoughtful manner and shall return the premises in the same condition as it was delivered, normal wear and tear excepted. The Guest shall keep the premises clean and attractive at all times. The Guest shall be solely responsible for any damage caused negligently, recklessly, or intentionally by the Guest or anyone attending the event, including the full cost of professionally repairing damage of any kind or nature.
Hold Harmless: All guests entering the Panama Rocks scenic area must sign a waiver of liability. The Guest shall indemnify and hold harmless Panama Rocks, it's owners, staff, and agents for any injury to or death of any Guest or invitee, or to the property of the guest or any invitee. The Guest shall indemnify and hold harmless Panama Rocks for any damage to or theft of Guest or invitee property. The Guest shall indemnify and hold harmless Panama Rocks from any liability, claim, demand or judgment related to the Guest's use or occupancy of the premises or his/her failure to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement, including reasonable attorney fees, the costs of defense, and the cost of any fines or penalties incurred by Panama Rocks as the result of any activity of the Guest or anyone else attending the event.
Additional Insurance: Upon request, the Guest shall obtain and maintain in full force and effect comprehensive general liability insurance coverage for its activities on Panama Rocks property at coverage levels determined by Panama Rocks in advance. If any alcohol is served or consumed at the reception, the Guest shall provide appropriate dram shop or similar insurance coverage. All insurance shall name “Camp at the Rocks Ltd.” as additional named insured for purposes of coverage but not the payment of premium. The Guest must provide Panama Rocks with a certificate of insurance evidencing proof of such insurance coverage at least one week prior to using the facilities. The parties waive any rights of subrogation under their respective insurance policies to the maximum extent allowed thereunder.
Termination: Panama Rocks can immediately terminate this Agreement with no refund in the event that the Guest: Fails to maintain appropriate supervision and control over all invitees and over all activities on the premises; allows any dangerous, offensive, or illegal activity to occur on the premises, including illegal drug use or illegal or excessive alcohol use; damages or allows anyone else to damage Panama Rocks property; or violates the terms or conditions of this Agreement.
Deposit: The Guest shall make a non-refundable rental deposit in order to secure the reservation to use the facilities. This deposit shall used towards the total rental rate specified on the Panama Rocks website.
