TERMS AND CONDITIONS (STUFF YOU NEED TO KNOW):
Making Your Reservation: We recommend making your reservation to ensure your preferred time and we require a 25% deposit for online reservations (you can pay the total when booking if you wish), the remainder is to be paid before your adventure. Entrance to the Panama Rocks scenic area is sold separately.
Axcellent Adventures will be open on weekends only starting May 25, daily from June 22 to September 2, and weekends only from September 07 to October 27.
Each reservation is for one lane - each lane can hold up to four people. To add more than five (5) people please make more than one reservation or you can add guests for $20 per person depending on availability.
Your group size will determine how many throwing lanes you need. We can place up to four people per lane. If you group is smaller than four people you may share a lane with other guests. It is rare for a larger group to be asked to share a lane, but it may happen if we are near capacity (don't worry: axe throwing is a communal sport and it is more fun with more people).
Arrival Time: We ask that all participants in your group arrive fifteen (15) minutes before your reservation to ensure your group is checked in and ready to throw when your session starts. Lateness impacts more than just your party. If your group has not arrived by your start time, you will have to wait until our Axepert has trained guests who have arrived on time and/or your space may be given away to another group.
What to Wear: All guests must wear closed-toe shoes and high heels are NOT allowed. There are no exceptions to this rule. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that will allow you to throw an axe easily. Flannel is not required but it will entertain our staff. Clothing with objectionable material, including violent or obscene language or graphics, may result in refusal of admittance.
Age Limits: All participants must be 11 years of age or older and must follow our safety rules. Youth under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian (groups of teenagers need someone over the age of 18). If our staff determine that a guest cannot throw an axe safely, that guest will not be allowed to throw.
Cancellations/Refunds: You will pay a 25% deposit for your reservation at the time of booking (or you can pay the total if you wish). Please understand that we have limited slots available for guests at our facility and we maintain a strict cancellation policy for the benefit of our customers. A minimum notice of five (5) days is required for all cancellations or requests to reschedule in order to receive a refund on your 25% deposit.
Tipping: Tipping is not required, but it is greatly appreciated. If our Axperts do a great job, please feel free to tip.
Drugs and Alcohol: You need to be sober to throw axes safely. We do not allow alcohol in our axe throwing facility and will refuse service to anyone who seems to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Liability Waiver & Releases: All guests must thoroughly read and sign a liability waiver upon entrance into our facility. This waiver also includes a photo release.
Panama Rocks: Admission to the Panama Rocks scenic area is not included with Axcellent Adventures, but you CAN add-on a discount admission to Panama Rocks when you arrive.
