What's In The Glamping Tents?: Our luxury glamping tents contain comfortable beds/futons, a dresser, side tables, patio chairs and table, a mini-fridge, a fan, zero-gravity chairs, a picnic table, a fire-pit with cooking grate, firewood, fire starter, and a lighter. We provide linens, pillows, towels, and extra blankets as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Our shared amenities shed provides a coffee maker, microwave, tea kettle, toaster, an extra communal fridge, and extra electrical outlets and table space (if you want to set up a crock pot overnight.
Are There Showers?: Of course! We have a beautiful, newly renovated bathhouse with hot showers, toilets, and sinks (image below). Our philosophy is that bath houses should be good looking and clean!
Can We Bring Food?: You can eat in your tent but - to prevent animal visitors - food and food waste must NOT be left out unattended or overnight.

Can we Bring an Electric Heater? We do not allow electric heaters because they can be a fire hazard. We provide linens and warm fleece blankets. Guests are welcome to bring additional blankets and we recommend warm clothing for cool nights.
Can We Bring Our Dog(s)?: Yes - at certain sites. Up to two dogs are welcome in our pet-friendly units (look for the paw mark designation) for an additional fee. Dogs must be FRIENDLY WITH STRANGERS AND CHILDREN AND LEASHED AND ATTENDED BY OWNERS AT ALL TIMES while on park grounds (don't leave them alone). We reserve the right to remove any animal that is disruptive, destructive, or dangerous.
Can Friends Visit Us? Yes - within reason. You are welcome to host up to five guests at at time between the hours of 10:00am and 9:00pm (after normal park hours). Parties and large groups are not allowed in the campground but we welcome parties and groups in the picnic area or park rec hall during park hours from 10:00am to 5:00pm, or after 5:00pm by reservation. Guests must pay park admission during park hours (10:00am to 5:00pm) and/or before entering the Panama Rocks scenic rock area. You must secure a guest parking pass before the arrival of your guests who plan to visit after 5:00pm (our office is open from 10:00am to 5:00pm). All guests must sign a park waiver of liability, follow park rules, and leave park grounds by 9:00pm.
What Is There To Do Nearby? Panama Rocks is one of the most popular natural attractions in the area - be sure to schedule at least half a day (or more) to explore the rocks (admission to the rocks is included with your rental). We also offer axe throwing during the summer, which can be booked at a discount for overnight guests. Our area has many wonderful world-class attractions including the National Comedy Center, Chautauqua Institution, Southern Tier Brewing Company, Lake Erie Wine Country, Peak'n Peak, and so much more! The best place to get information on things to do in the area is the Chautauqua County Visitor's Bureau at www.tourchautauqua.com! We also have complimentary Chautauqua County Visitor Guides in the Park Office.
What Is the Cancellation Policy? Full refunds are available if you cancel up to 14 days before your check-in date. Partial refunds of 50% are available if you cancel 7 to 13 days before your check-in date. No refunds are available if you cancel within 6 days of your check-in date. Full refunds are available if Panama Rocks has to cancel your reservation before check-in.

- Glamping base rates range from $129 to $149 per night with a $30 cleaning fee per stay, but our rates may be higher or lower depending on date and occupancy. Glamping includes admission to the Panama Rocks scenic area at no additional fee.
- Tent Camping sites start at $39 per night and includes two adult admissions to the Panama Rocks scenic area ($20 value). Additional campers are $10 for adults and $7 for children charged once for the stay (Season Pass holders can contact us and we will waive/refund any additional admission fees for campers with passes!).

- Messes/crumbs/spills must be cleaned up immediately. If there is a big spill, let us know and we can help!
- Food/leftovers must be stored securely in our food storage area or in your vehicle.
- Food waste must be disposed of outside of the tent in our animal-proof trash can located near the kitchen shed. Please close and latch the shed door behind you to keep animals out!
What Should We Bring?
- For GLAMPING, bring what you would to a hotel! We provide linens, pillows, towels, and extra blankets as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You may want to bring snacks and cooking utensils for your fire-pit. Additional warm blankets, layered clothing, and extra shoes are always a good idea for cold nights.
- TENT CAMPERS are provided a beautiful space in the forest with a fire ring as well as access to our amenities shed (with a coffee maker, microwave, tea kettle, toaster, an extra communal fridge) and bath house. Tent campers must bring all of their own supplies. Downed sticks for firewood are still plentiful and split firewood is available for purchase.

CAMPGROUND RULES & POLICIES
We reserve the right to remove guests who violate our rules without refund. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards threats made to our staff or guests. The police will be called if you threaten, or are overheard threatening, another person.
BEFORE ENTERING THE ROCKS: All guests must go through an in-person safety briefing and adults must sign a waiver of liability before entering the scenic rock area. Guests arriving after 5:00pm may have to wait until 10:00am the following day to go into the rock area.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Campers may check-in between the hours of 2:00pm and 5:00pm. We ask that all guests check-out by 10:00am. You are welcome to visit communal areas of the park, including the rocks, between 10:00am and 5:00pm on the day of your arrival and departure. If you need to check-in or check-out outside of these hours, please contact park management as soon as possible at 716-703-0021 or [email protected].

PARKING: Vehicles under 6,000 pounds (gross vehicle weight) may park at tent sites if the ground is dry/hard (this is about the weight of a Ford F-150); however, if the ground is wet/soft we may require vehicles to park in the parking lot (you will still be able to drive to your site to load/unload). We also ask that vehicles do not drive into the campground after 9:00pm so that headlights do not disturb other campers. All vehicles of overnight guests must be registered with the park and have a parking pass visible on the inside dashboard.
GLAMPING TENT CARE: Our tents are made of cotton canvas that can stain or tear if not treated with respect. We carefully document the condition of each tent and its contents before and after each rental.
VISITING THE ROCKS: Guests are only allowed in the scenic rock area after participating in our in-person safety talk and signing the waiver of liability. Admission to the Panama Rocks scenic area is included with your overnight stay; however, guests are only allowed in the scenic rock area between the hours of 10:00am and 5:00pm unless additional hours are noted by park management. Please enter the rock area only at the main entrance booth. Guests who enter the scenic rock area after hours or without signing our waiver will be required to immediately leave the park/campground without a refund and may face prosecution for criminal trespass (we’re serious about this – accidents can result in serious injury and/or death).
FOOD AND GARBAGE STORAGE: DO NOT FEED WILD ANIMALS! You can eat in your tent but to prevent animal visitors food and food waste must NOT be left out unattended or overnight.
CAMPFIRES: You are welcome to start a fire in one of our designated fire pits. Please do not burn anything other than wood. DO NOT bring firewood onto our property. We have firewood available for your use and you are welcome to collect fallen sticks from the forest. Do not leave fires unattended and PLEASE make sure that your fire is completely out (including all coals) when you leave or go to sleep to prevent forest fires. To prevent the spread of invasive species, WE DO NOT ALLOW OUTSIDE FIREWOOD.
KEEP THE NOISE DOWN: Most of our guests visit to enjoy nature in peace. We ask all guests to respect one another and keep noise to a minimum (conversational level) at all times. Quiet time (whisper level) is from 9:00pm to 9:00am and is strictly enforced.
SUPERVISE CHILDREN & YOUTH: Children and youth must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Youth under the age of 18 are not permitted in the Panama Rocks scenic area without an adult. Youth under the age of 18 must be either at their campsite or with a responsible adult between 9:00pm and 6:00am.
ALCOHOL & DRUGS: Public drunkenness/inebriation will not be tolerated (enjoy yourself, but don’t become a problem for others). Illegal drug use is not permitted. Alcohol is not permitted outside the campground area. Smoking is not allowed in our glamping tents or within 20 feet of our glamping tents or other guests. You may NOT enter the scenic rock area while under the influence of drugs or alcohol!
ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Guests are welcome between the hours of 10:00am and 5:00pm when the park is open to the public (they must pay park admission like all other park guests) but please bring no more than five (5) guests to your campsite at one time to keep the grounds peaceful for others.

WHAT’S THAT NOISE?!: If you hear an air raid siren, it is our volunteer fire department. When someone calls 911 in our area, the siren will sound until a firefighter turns it off.

We are a small, family run park and campground and we don’t have 24-hour staff.
