These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your participation in the TikTok giveaway organized by CAMP-AT-THE-ROCKS, LTD. ("Panama Rocks," "We," "Us," or "Our") for a chance to win a season pass to Panama Rocks. TThe giveaway is organized solely by Panama Rocks and is not endorsed, sponsored, or administered by TikTok. By participating in this giveaway, you ("Participant," "You," or "Your") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below:
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your participation in the TikTok giveaway organized by CAMP-AT-THE-ROCKS, LTD. ("Panama Rocks," "We," "Us," or "Our") for a chance to win a season pass to Panama Rocks. TThe giveaway is organized solely by Panama Rocks and is not endorsed, sponsored, or administered by TikTok. By participating in this giveaway, you ("Participant," "You," or "Your") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below:
- Eligibility: a. Participants must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter this giveaway. b. This giveaway is open to individuals residing in the United States where it is legally permitted.
- Giveaway Period: a. The giveaway will begin on May 20 and end on May 25 at 11:59PM. b. Entries received outside the giveaway period will not be considered.
- Entry Requirements: a. To enter the giveaway, Participants must: i. Like the specified TikTok post related to the giveaway. ii. Follow our TikTok page. b. Only one entry per participant is permitted.
- Winner Selection: a. The winner will be randomly selected from eligible Participants who have completed all the entry requirements. b. The winner will be announced on Friday, May 26, via a TikTok post or direct message. c. The winner will be required to provide their full name, email address, and mailing address within a specified time period to claim the prize. d. If the winner fails to provide the required information within the specified time, an alternate winner will be selected.
- Prize: a. The prize consists of one season pass to Panama Rocks. b. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives. c. Panama Rocks will not be responsible for any additional costs or expenses incurred by the winner in connection with the prize.
- Publicity Release: a. By participating in this giveaway, you grant Panama Rocks the right to use your name, likeness, and any content submitted for promotional purposes without further compensation or notice.
- Privacy: a. Any personal information collected from Participants will be used solely for the purposes of this giveaway and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Disqualification: a. We reserve the right to disqualify any Participant who violates these terms, provides false information, engages in fraudulent activity, or disrupts the fairness and integrity of the giveaway.
