- What can I use gift certificates for? Gift certificates can be used for hiking admission, axe throwing, or fully furnished glamping rentals with CAMP AT THE ROCKS (coming 2022). Gift certificates can be redeemed by making a reservation on our website: www.PanamaRocks.com.
- Can I use my gift certificate for park merchandise? Unfortunately, gift certificates cannot be used for park merchandise at this time.
- Can I use my gift certificate to purchase a Season Pass? Please email [email protected] in order to use your gift certificate to purchase a Panama Rocks Season Pass.
- How long do I have to use my gift certificate? Panama Rocks gift certificates are valid for five years.
- How will I get my gift certificate? Our gift certificates are digital and will be automatically emailed to the recipient of the gift certificate after purchase.
- Can I be sent a physical gift certificate? You can put in the name of the person the gift certificate is for (so their name is on the certificate) but then put your email address in for the recipient's email. The recipient email address will be sent a gift certificate with a printable PDF which you can print out.
- How will I get my voucher? We will email you your voucher within five to ten business days of purchase or by the end of the day on December 23 for purchases made on or after December 18.
- How can I redeem my voucher for CAMP AT THE ROCKS? Vouchers are valid for a one-time use with CAMP AT THE ROCKS and are valid through the end of our 2022 season. Your voucher can be used with or without your gift certificate.
- What will staying at CAMP AT THE ROCKS be like? Imagine all of the fun and atmosphere of camping with the comfort of a bed and breakfast! CAMP AT THE ROCKS includes rental of a fully furnished luxury tent (with bed, furniture, linens, etc.).
- When will CAMP AT THE ROCKS open and close? We are planning to open CAMP AT THE ROCKS to guests on Memorial Day weekend 2022 and to close after Columbus/Indigenous Peoples weekend 2022. Sometimes even the best laid plans go awry, but we will do our best to meet or exceed these days.
- How much will it cost to stay at CAMP AT THE ROCKS? We have not yet released our 2022 rates, but we anticipate an average nightly rate of $120 to $180 in 2022 depending on the size of the unit rented. This price includes admission to the Panama Rocks scenic area for all overnight guests during their stay.
- When can we book our stay? We plan to activate our reservation system in early Spring 2022. Please join our email list for up-to-date information (and special offers).
- Can we bring our tent or RV? We do not plan to offer bring-your-own-tent or RV camping at this time (who knows that the future will bring).
