Saturday, July 8 (2:00pm to 5:00pm): Plant Walk, Tea, and Sound Meditation with Crystal Singing Bowls: Join clinical herbalist, Kristy Baird, and holistic wellness practitioner, Danielle Kudlak, at Panama Rocks for a unique wellness experience. Kristy will guide a medicinal plant walk to learn about traditional uses of native plants. Following the guided walk, enjoy a custom herbal tea blend as you relax in nature during a sound healing meditation with crystal singing bowls led by Danielle.
